Return Policy

All custom merchandise can be exchanged for the identical item in the event of damage from shipping within 24 hours of delivery. Shipping damage must be noted upon accepting shipment. Titan Forge Art LLC reserves the right to request documentation of damaged items, including photos, video, and other supporting materials.

If merchandise is found to be damaged from shipping, the return shipping cost will be covered by Titan Forge Art LLC in the form of a shipping label for the returning item or items.

All custom merchandise ordered that is not the intended purchased item, such as the wrong image, wrong size, wrong thickness, or a blemish in the image that is a direct result of printing, will be replaced with the correct item if Titan Forge Art LLC is notified within 30 days of delivery. Any missing items that were purchased and paid for but not delivered will be shipped within 7 days of notifying Titan Forge Art LLC.

Custom merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason other than what is stated above.

Standard merchandise can be returned for the full amount refunded back to the credit card, debit card, or crypto receiving address provided by the buyer. A refund or return must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

In the event of shipping damage, the claim must be noted upon accepting shipment and made within 24 hours of delivery. In the event of shipping damage or manufacturer error, such as the wrong image, wrong size, wrong thickness, or a blemish in the image that is a direct result of printing, standard merchandise can be exchanged for the same item or a similar item of value. Manufacturer error and wrong-item claims must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Any standard merchandise being returned due to shipping damage or any of the reasons listed above will have return shipping covered by Titan Forge Art LLC in the form of a shipping label.

Returns are processed by Titan Forge Art LLC within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

All items are insured by the shipping carrier. Any loss of merchandise due to the shipping carrier will be replaced after the buyer provides proof to Titan Forge Art LLC from the shipping carrier that the item was never delivered.

All items are signature-required delivery. Any change to this condition by the buyer will void the return policy for lost or damaged items, with the exception of items pertaining to manufacturer error.
