Titan Forge LLC sells physical metal art panels, including standard merchandise and custom merchandise. Product images, sizing, finishes, and availability may vary by listing.

Colors and contrast may appear differently across displays. We make reasonable efforts to represent each panel accurately, but screen previews are not a guarantee of exact physical color.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject, cancel, or refund an order if payment cannot be verified, product information is inaccurate, an item is unavailable, or fulfillment would violate these terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, email, and contact information. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay production or shipment.

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes, shipping, and carrier charges may be calculated during checkout.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Crypto payments are processed through NOWPayments. Titan Forge LLC does not store full card numbers or private crypto wallet keys.

Shipping options, transit estimates, and costs are calculated from available carrier services. Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to carrier delays, weather, address issues, customs, or other events outside our control.

Titan Forge LLC orders may require signature delivery. If a buyer changes or waives signature delivery, return and replacement rights for lost or damaged shipments may be affected as described in our Return Policy.

Return and exchange eligibility is governed by the Titan Forge LLC Return Policy. Custom merchandise is generally eligible only for replacement or identical exchange when shipping damage or manufacturer error occurs.

Shipping damage must be reported within the required policy window, and Titan Forge LLC may request photos, video, carrier documentation, or other supporting materials before approving a replacement or return label.

The Titan Forge name, site design, copy, product presentation, photography, and brand materials are owned by Titan Forge LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit site content without written permission.

If you sign in through Google or another supported provider, you are responsible for maintaining access to that account and for activity under your session.

We may restrict or disable access if we detect abuse, fraud, attempted payment manipulation, or activity that threatens the storefront or other customers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Titan Forge LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, delays, third-party payment services, shipping carriers, or product availability.

Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the applicable order.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Jersey, United States.
